Marinate 1kg chicken pieces with:Salt and pepper 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon @mrsps_ tandoori masala 1 teaspoon schwezan sauce 3 cloves minced garlic Lemon 🍋 juice 100g butter 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 tablespoon crushed chillies ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)CookBoil:2 cloves minced garlic 1 teaspoon chilli powder 2 tablespoon oilLemon 🍋 juice Add to chicken. CookGarnish with greens. I added fried potatoes Serve with rotis or savoury rice
