Boiled & mashed potatoe. 1 cup.Onion chopped, 1 medium sizeCoriander chopped. 3-4 tablespoonEggs. 2Salt. 1 teaspoonCrushed coriander. ½ teaspoonCumin powder. ½ teaspoonBlack pepper. ⅓Chillie flakes. 1 teaspoonOil. 2 tablespoonMilk. 1 cup room temperatureMix well. Add 1 cup flour Mix and add water ⅓ cup in portions. Texture looks thick & smooth. Heat up pan & grease with oil. Pour the mixture on pan and spread it equally. Cook on medium flame until one side is done around 2 minutes. Flip another side and apply some oil, butter or ghee (Clarified butter). Cook until golden marks. You can make 6-7 parathas with this batter.
