INGREDIENTS
100g Margarine
100g caster sugar
25g cocoa powder (sifted)
75g self raising flour (sifted)
2 eggs
METHOD
1) Mix the margarine and caster sugar until creamy and fluffy.
2) Add eggs and whisk to make a smooth mixture
3) Add cocoa powder and flour. Mix thoroughly making sure no lumps are visible.
4) Grease a baking tin and put greaseproof paper in.
5) Empty mixture in baking tin.
6) Put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean (Approx. 20-30minutes)

You can also bake as cupcakes!
