Cube and marinate 3 chicken fillets in the following :1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste⅓ Tablespoon Ginger Paste½ Cup Yoghurt AndOne Teaspoon of the following: Black PepperDhana PowderJeeru (Cumin) PowderChilli Powder Kashmiri Powder3 tablespoon Shan Chicken Tikka Masala 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice2 Tablespoon OilSalt to taste
Liquidize the following ½ cup onion vagar2 cloves of garlic2 chopped Tomatoes 8-10 CashewsWater if needed
Masala for the liquidized paste1 teaspoon Cumin powder1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder1 teaspoon tumeric 2 teaspoon Shan TikkaPinch of elaichi½ teaspoon kasuri Methi (Fenugreek)Salt to tasteSugar to taste
¼-½ cup fresh cream
METHOD
1. Heat 4 Tablespoon of ghee (Clarified butter)/oil and cook the marinated chicken.
2. Add liquidized mixture to the same pan , cook till oil rises to the top , add water to cook. Once done, add fresh cream to the chicken and garnish with dhaniya.
