INGREDIENTS
Cube and marinate 3 chicken fillets in the following :1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste⅓ Tablespoon Ginger Paste½ Cup Yoghurt AndOne Teaspoon of the following: Black PepperDhana PowderJeeru (Cumin) PowderChilli Powder Kashmiri PowderShan Chicken Tikka Masala 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice2 Tablespoon OilSalt to taste
Liquidize the following ½ cup onion vagar2 cloves of garlic2 chopped Tomatoes 1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree1 teaspoon Cumin powder1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder1 teaspoon tumeric Salt to tasteSugar to taste8-10 CashewsWater if needed
¼-½ cup fresh cream
METHOD
1. Heat 4 Tablespoon of ghee (Clarified butter)/oil and cook the marinated chicken. Remove from pan onto paper towel
2. Add liquidized mixture to the same pan , cook till oil rises to the top , add fresh cream, chicken and garnish with dhaniya.
