1 kg fillets stripsMarinate in:½ tin nestle cream 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger garlic ½ cup lemon 🍋 juice 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper 1 teaspoon calcutta Portuguese spice3 cloves minced garlic 1 heaped tablespoon chilli powder 3 teaspoon ground green chillies ½ cup milk1 eggMix well Leave aside for about an hour Mix 2gether:1 cup flour ½ cup chana flour ½ cup maizena (corn flour) ½ cup panko crumbs ½ cup breadcrumbs
Dip in flour mixture and fry till golden ✨️ Serve with dip of choice
