INGREDIENTS
2 chicken fillets- cubed Adega spice (3-4 tablespoon) OilLemon juice Spaghetti- drained
Sauce:125g butter 2 tablespoon crushed garlic1 tablespoon green masala1 bottle nandos bushveld4 tablespoon nandos peri peri sauce250ml cooking creamSalt to taste
METHOD
1. Boil spaghetti and drain 2. Marinate chicken With adega spice till lemon juice and cook till done3. Make sauce ingredients 4. Toss pasta in cooked chicken and sauce 5. Grease a muffin tin and place spaghetti in it6. Bake at 180 7. You can garnish with chopped green peppers before baking
