Ingredients:2 dzn chocolate biscuits (crushed fine)250ml whipped cream (chilled)1 tin caramel treat (whipped smooth)2x Snickers bars chocolates (sliced)Toffee sauceCrushed toasted peanuts (optional)
Method:1. Crush biscuits, then spoon 2 teaspoon into dessert cups.2. Spoon in very little whipped cream and toasted peanuts.3. Spoon over 1 ½ tablespoon caramel treat. 4. Spoon in little cream again and 2 teaspoon crushed biscuits.&. Spoon on last little bit cream & garnish with sliced snickers chocolate & drizzle on toffee sauce.
Variations:*You could use sliced nougat instead of chocolate or to replace nuts.*You could use peanut butter mousse instead of caramel treat. *You could use crumbed chocolate cake instead of biscuits.
