In a jug mix 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon jalapeño sauce, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice), ½ teaspoon ina parman fish spice, ½ teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon garlic salt. Mix well. Pour over fish and cut small blocks of butter and put on fish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 till done. Grill few minutes before serving.
