INGREDIENTS
1 litre milk¼ cup brownsugar ½ can caramel treat1 cup vanilla ice cream 2 teaspoon caramel essence ¼ teaspoon salt
Caramel popcorn to decorate
Salted caramel sauce:½ tin caramel treat ¼ teaspoon salt6 tablespoon fresh cream Beat together till smooth
METHOD
1. Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend well. 2. Decorate the glass with caramel sauce. 3. Pour into glasses , top with a dollop of ice cream and decorate with caramel popcorn, drizzle caramel sauce over. I topped with fresh cream4. Serve chilled
