Dhal :¼ cup yellow dhal¼ cup pink dhal¼ onion chopped 3 cups water
Cook lentil with onion until soft and mushy. Add 1-2 green chillies salt to taste and blend until smooth.
Rice:2 cups rice 3 cups boiling water 1 ½ teaspoon Salt 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Add rice, water l salt and ghee (Clarified butter) to pot. Cook until rice tender and most of the water evaporates. Allow to steam 15 minutes on low until light and fluffy.
Steaks:1 kg steak 1 tablespoon steak and chop spice 1 tablespoon BBQ spice 1 tablespoon Portuguese spice 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoon Veri peri ¼ cup tomato sauce.
Cook steak and spices in butter or ghee (Clarified butter). When steak are cooked. Add sauces, cook further until tender and done. Leave saucy (don't dry)
Serve with fried brinjal and crispy potatoes
