No Egg No yeastMy style (Optional: is 1 egg..if you want yeast add 1 full teaspoon.. and leave out the baking powder and if no yoghurt use warm milk mixed with warm water) 1 ½ cup flour1 ½ teaspoon baking powder3 tablespoon soft butter or margarine1 teaspoon mixed herbs½ teaspoon saltRub all above together.Make a soft dough with plain dble cream yoghurt or Maas or Greek yoghurtRoll out dough to a large round.Or cut in mini rounBake at 180* for 10 minutesRemoveMix any of these tomato, mustard, BBQ, peri peri,sweet chilli, or mayo..Smear on base..Or make a tomato chutney Add fillings of your choiceTop with lots of cheese preferably mozarella mixed with any other cheeses ....but use 2 or 3 typesAlso crumble feta if u likeSprinkle oraginumBake again in oven 180* for 10-12 minutesEnjoy😉
