INGREDIENTS

Sprite Mint Passion fruit cordial Lime cordial

METHOD

Add Sprite into an ice tray and allow to freeze completely One frozen,add to a blender with a dash Sprite and a small piece of mint Blend until ice is crushed -mixture should resemble a slushie(crushed ice but not watery or runny) Place crushed ice into a glass top with a dash of passionfruit fruit cordial and lime cordial. Serve immediately with a lemon wedge and a piece of mint
