INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen mango pieces ½ cup frozen pineapple pieces ½ cup frozen banana(I omitted since I did not have)Banana or strawberry yogurt 2 teaspoon Flax seeds 2 teaspoon chia seeds ½ cup chilled coconut water (can be replaced with ½ cup coconut milk for a richer bowl)
METHOD
Place all of the above ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth but with a thick consistency.
Layer: Place ½ cup granola at the base of a bowl top with the smoothie bowl mixture.Top with fresh mango, pineapple and blackberry pieces, toasted coconut flakes, flax and chia seed and a sprinkle of desiccated coconut
