INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour2 tablespoon oil½ teaspoon salt1 ¼ teaspoon yeast2 tablespoon sugar¼ teaspoon oregano Make dough with warm water and knead by hand for about 10 minutesLeave to rise till double the sizedivide the dough into 2 and roll out 2 bases with a sprinkle of semolinaPrick the base with a forkLeave the bases to rise Bake on 180oc till slightly brown and the bottoms have cooked throughPizza sauce 1kg washed tomatoes soaked in hot waterOnce soft remove the out skinLiquidise the tomatoes with 1 medium green pepper In a pot take 2 tablespoon olive oil1 ½ teaspoon garlic pastebraise till slightly pinkAdd in the liquidised tomatoes and add inSaltSugarChilli powder (optional)Pinch of black pepperDry parsleyOregano2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauceboil the sauce on low heat till you get a thick consistency
METHOD
1.Place the bases on a pizza pan2.Cover it with the pizza sauce3.Desired toppings (cooked chicken cubes,chopped polony/salami/colouring peppers (sliced),onion slices,sliced mushrooms4.sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheddar & mozzarella 5.sprinkle oregano 6.Bake on 180oc till the cheese melts7.Sprinkle ready crushed red pepper on top8.Enjoy ❤
