1. Fry sausages.2. Saute onion in oil till softened. Add dressing and cook down till jammy.3. Mash avo, mix with lemon and pinch salt.4. Cut rolls open from the side, but not all the way through.5. Spoon on avo onto rolls.6. Fry eggs into sunny side up.7. Place eggs on avo. Sprinkle on salt and chilli powder.8. Place on sausages and caramelized onions.9. Squirt on Sriracha or sweet chilli sauce.10. Close and serve immediately. May add sliced cheese too if you'd like.
