INGREDIENTS
5 potatoes (medium sized). Peel,cube & boil with salt to taste, when soft. Mash with 2 tablespoon of butter, crushed black pepper and Green Chillies *Roll into balls and let them set in the fridge.
In another bowl : 1 tin nestle cream4 tablespoon(brown sugar)Half a cup of mayo2 tablespoon lemom juice2 teaspoon crushed green chilies A dash of veri peri sauce Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
*When balls are set dip into mixture covering it generously. Place onto a pretty platter and sprinkle finely cut coriander and cubed Green and red pepper.
