5 cups flour 4 tablespoon sugar 1 packet dry yeast ¼ teaspoon salt2 tablespoon Klim1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoon fennel seeds (heap)½ cup oil2 cups warm water Add everything together leaving your water to go in last in a stand mixer with a dough hook and mix for about 10 minutes.Place dough in a bowl greased with oil and cover with cling wrap and then a tablecloth over and keep in a warm place till it’s double its size. Punch down and make into balls roll into an oblong shape. It should not be big then roll up like a swissroll. Leave for about 10-15 minutes to rise again. Brush with egg and sprinkle some kus kus over. Bake at 180 till golden. As soon as you remove from oven brush with oil.
