
Chocolate Crunchies

250g butter¾ cup castor sugar 2 cups coconut ½ teaspoon baking powder 3 tablespoon cocoaFlour (about 1 and ¾ to 2 cups)Beat butter and sugar till light and creamy. Add in coconut, baking powder and cocoa. Lastly add in flour to make a soft dough.Roll out and scrape the dough with a fork, cut with a round cutter. Have your peppermint crisp chocolate @nestle ready(chopped up or grated)Bake at 180 for about 12-15 minutes.Place chocolate on top as soon as you remove from oven.
