1 Tub Cottage Cheese¼ Cup Lemon juice½ Tin Condensed Milk100g Granadilla Yogurt1xsmall Tin Pineapple ( crushed)
1x Marie Biscuits125ml Butter, melted
Base:Crush the biscuits and add the melted butter & line in a pyrex dish,put into the fridge for 15-20 minutes to set firmly.
Filling:Mix with a hand mixer the cottage cheese, lemon juice, condensed milk & mix well. Add the granadilla & then transfer this mixture into the pyrex. Put into the fridge to set for 2 hours.
Decorate with Granadilla Pulp or Pineapple crushed🍍🍍🍍Keep some Marie Biscuits, crumbs too sprinkle on top.
