4 cups flour2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt ( I add a little more)½ cup oil 1 cup milk 1 cup water10g (1) packet dry yeast ( I use purple packet
METHOD
Combine the flour ,sugar ,salt , yeast Add the oil Heat the milk and water till lukewarm Add to dry ingredients Mix into a smooth dough Cover with glad wrap and leave in warm place to rise I do not punch my dough down I remove pieces of dough and shape into desired roll shapes Place on a creased baking tray Let it rise till double in bulk Brush with milk and sprinkle now sesame seeds ontopBake 160 thermo 170 normal oven for about 12 minutes
