INGREDIENTS
1 and half packets liquorice toffee sweets
1 cup fresh cream
1 tin condensed milk
4 cups fresh milk
2 teaspoon corn flour
ice cream machine is needed or electric blender
METHOD
in a saucepan heat up liquorice and 2 cups milk
in the remaining milk dissolve the cornflour
add together in the pot an bring to a slight boil
the mixture should be well combined and slightly
thick
ensure the mixture does not burn mix continuously
once thickened remover from heat add milk and
condensed milk
allow to cool and put into an ice cream maker thats
been frozen for 24hours
allow to blend until mixture is thick and icy
pour in a mould or tub and freeze for at least 3 hrs
before serving :)
if u do nt hve an ice cream maker put mixture into
an electric blender ,allow to mix for a few minutes
pour in a tub and freeze for about an hour.place
back into the mixer and repeat process about 3 tyms to
get the ice cream texture :)
