INGREDIENTS
60 g butter2 cups vermicelli crushed3 whole Elachi (cardomom) and 1stick cinnamon 1cp boiling water 1cp sugar½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder½ cup milk
METHOD
Roast vevermicelli in butter with hole spices..till pink Add boiling water and cook on very low heat When water drys out add sugar and Elachi (cardomom) powder. Add milk and cook on low till doneAdd coconut, crushed almonds and chopped dates. enjoy
