Rainbow 🌈 pineapple 🍍 vermicelli

In a separate pot cook 1 small tin crushed pineapple 🍍with syrup till syrup dries.
2 cups rainbow 🌈 vermicelli
3 big tablespoons ghee (Clarified butter)
2 Elachi (cardomom) pods
2 cinnamon sticks
Sugar to taste
¼ -½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
Pinch of Saffron
Nestlé dessert cream and colored almonds to garnish.
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in a thick based pot, add in Elachi (cardomom) & cinnamon sticks. Then add in vermicelli. Braise for a bit till golden. Then add in 2 cups of water. Cook till vermicelli is soft. Then add in sugar to taste, fine Elachi (cardomom) powder, saffron, flaked coconut, some diced almonds and cooked pineapple 🍍 mixture. Cook vermicelli till done. I added a little bit of rainbow milk. It's optional. Serve with Nestlé dessert cream a sprinkling of colored almonds.
