INGREDIENTS
2 meduim pineapples
1 sml red pepper
1 sml green pepper
1 tablespoon whole jeeroo
4 tablespoons Methi (Fenugreek) masala (achaar masala) Salt to taste
2 cups white vinegar
1 and half cup sugar
2 teaspoon whole mustard seeds
Handful of curry leaves
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
METHOD
Peel pineapple and cut into sml pieces. Wash and cut peppers cut into strips or cubes add to pineapple Add Methi (Fenugreek) masala,salt ,whole jeeroo. Make syrup with vinegar and sugar till little thick (not to thick) Cool and add to pineapple. Braise whole mustard seeds,garlic and curry leaves in half cup of oil til garlic changes colour add to pineapple. Bottle. And enjoy !
