2 and 1⁄2 cup tennis biscuits
1⁄2 cup melted butter
Make a crust and layer in a dish and refrigerate.
2 cups icing sugar
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup whipped cream
1 large can crushed pineapple,drained thoroughly
In the mixer add rest of the ingredients and mix well till fluffy.
Pour the wet mixture over the crust and refrigerate.
Note:- u can pour any flavor of jelly over wet mixture and set till ready to serve.
Jelly is optional.
I used pineapple jelly.
Serve chilled. Enjoy 😊
