Pineapple peels2 cups boiling water2 cups cold water4 tlbs sugarmint leaves (optional)
Boil pineapple leaves with hot water for 15 minutes.
Let them cool down in the pot.
Sieve out until smooth into a jug.
Add the sugar and cold water then mix.
Add the mint leaves and stir.
Leave in fridge for at least an hour.
