INGREDIENTS
250ml fresh cream250 ml sour cream+/-1 tin condense milk3 tins crushed pineapple2 tubs of granadilla pulp1 packet pineapple jelly or granadilla jelly
METHOD
Prepare jelly as per packet instruction, if using pineapple jelly add 5 tablespoon crushed pineapples to jelly or 3 tablespoon granadilla pulp to granadilla jelly Pour into dessert glasses until half is full and place into a muffin tray at a slant and allow to set.
Beat fresh cream and sour cream together until peaks form. Fold in crushed pineapple with syrup, granadilla pulp & enough condense milk to sweeten.
Add to set jelly and allow to chill

Recpie can be halved as it makes a lot of pineapple dessert
