INGREDIENTS
1 cup chicken fillet1 medium sized onionGrounded green chillies to taste1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon black pepper3 tab mayonnaise ½ tablespoon mustard sauceSalt to taste 1 medium size potatoes mashed1 cup cheese (I used tussers and white cheddar)
METHOD
Cook the chicken with all the ingredients until fairly dry.Boil potatoes with salt and mash and add to chicken, add cheese and mix.Roll mixture into finger shaped and refrigerate to harden. Dip in lai (paste made with flour and water) and vermicelli. Freeze, fry in med heat serve with chutney or sauce
