6 small sweet potatoes (wash and cut into rounds) Steam with ¼ cup of water and 2 cinnamon sticks until tender Add 50g of butter ¾ cup Brown Sugar Cook on medium heat until a syrup forms and thickens slightlyServe with cream a sprinkle of cinnamon and pistachios
