INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoon Chia seeds 30ml Milk 5 tablespoon Coconut yoghurt Mixed fruit jam Chopped nuts Coconut flakes
METHOD
Mix together chia seeds , milk and yoghurt and leave in the fridge over night. In the morning and 1 tblso boiling water to jam and mix till smooth.Pour over chai seeds and top with chopped nuts and coconut flakes
