1.) Whisk egg and milk together, add salt,pepper, green chilli and coriander.Warm a nonstick pan,grease with butter,pour in the egg mixture to make an omelette, when egg is almost cooked add the grated cheese and viennas(cut in half) in the middle of the omelette, drizzle chilli sauce over Vienna’s and foldover.2.) Remove from pan and place on the roll ( instead of buttering my roll, I spread both sides of it with Nawhal’s Algerienne Sauce- image in the comments).3.) Serve with peri peri chips.

Vienna’s can be substituted with sausages or polony and the roll can be lightly toasted
