INGREDIENTS

6 eggs 2/3 cup castor sugar ½ cup flour 2 tablespoons cocoa 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

METHOD

Beat egg whites till very stiff. Add castor sugar and beat till glossy. Add egg yolks and vanilla essence Sift dry ingredients 3 times and fold into egg white mixture. Line 2 swiss roll trays with wax wrap or baking paper. Spread batter to cool.  Once cool fill with cream cut into rounds and top with and flake. 😊
