INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken fillet 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste1 tablespoon Crushed garlic paste1 tablespoon Chilli powder2 tablespoon Orange pepper spice1 teaspoon Fine jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon Lemon pepper2 teaspoon Chicken spice 3 Green peppers (cut thin into Strips)3 Carrots (Grated)¼ Green Cabbage cut long thin strips4 tablespoon Soya Sauce4 tablespoon Shezwan chutney/sauce1 tablespoon Shan Chowmein spiceHandfull of Spring Onion & Spring Garlic
METHOD
Marinate the chicken with the above mentioned Spice with few tblpsn of your desired nandos hot sauce, Let it cook with little bit water in a pot or can Grill on a pan , Once Chicken cooked shred it Braise your Peppers serpate in some olive oil till abit soft Braise your Cabbage and Carrots together add some Shan Chowmein spice to it while braising once almost braised add in your finely chopped spring onion and spring garlic and roughly braise little whileThen combine the shredded chicken with the cooked Veggies, and add the Soya sauce & Shezwan chutney [depending how spicy you want]
