INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour1 tablespoon sugar2 teaspoons baking powder½ teaspoon salt3 large eggs, separated2 cups milk¼ cup canola oil
METHOD
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the egg yolks, milk and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into batter. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to directions of your waffle iron.
INFO & TIPS
I added fruit and whipped cream with chocolate sauce.
you can add ice cream, or whatever you wish, these waffles will stay soft and yummy even when cold.
