Red onion sliced Vagaar in ghee (Clarified butter) Add all indian veges of your choice I put brengal chopped in chunks, green peas, drum sticks toowar a little potato carrots sliced and goowar all into vagaar. Don't make vagaar brown only saute. Than I added red and green masala dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin) grounded salt arad (Turmeric) and put a few full green chillies.I cooked in masala for about 10 minutes.I add chopped tomato and a cup of water,Cook on low heat till done.Garnish with green fresh dhania (coriander).
