1 packet Tennis biscuits4 cups full cream milk1 can condense milk1 tablespoon butter2 eggs¼ cup maziena1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Heat milk slowly, add condensed milk and butter.Stir to prevent it from burning keep your heat low to medium.Whisk eggs,maziena and vanilla essence.Make sure the maziena is dissolved.Pour this into your milk mixture and whisk untill it thickens.Layer your biscuits pour the mixture over and repeat.Cover with clingfilm to prevent a skin from forming and place in the fidge to set.lt sets really quickly.Sprinkle cinnamon over and enjoy.This recipe is so easy and so delicious 😋

Tip l mix the maziena and eggs together before, l put the milk on the stove.lt just makes the whole process go quicker because the milk burns easily.Also layer your biscuits quickly this mixture sets fast!!!
