INGREDIENTS

Burfee milkshake

1 litre milk5 heaped tablespoon vanilla ice cream 1 teaspoon rose essence 2 teaspoon rose water7 tablespoons klim mix with alittle milk to form a paste 1 teaspoon fine elachie powderCondense milk according to your sweetness I add about 3 quarter of a tin4 blocks burfee Drop of green colouring Almonds (optional)
Blend everything together in a blender Serve chilled
Decor with grated burfee and coloured Badaam (almonds)
