METHOD
Braise chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter). Add chopped baby spinach and braise till soft.Add garlicAdd cream cheese and stir till spinach is creamed. Pour fresh cream, stir until thick and creamy then add salt and pepper.
INFO & TIPS
End result...spinach should be in a thick creamy sauce.
