¼ cup oil¾ cup milk3 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoon rose water ¼ cup lemon juice 1 ¼ cup flour ¾ cup sugar2 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt 3 teaspoon poppy seeds¼ cup ground almonds
Beat all the wet ingredients until combined then add the dry ingredients. Fold through the poppy seeds and almonds. Pour mixture into a greased baking pan and bake in a pre heated oven on 180 degrees for 25 minutes. When cooked drizzle with white chocolate.
