INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)750ml bottle Woolworths Cafe Latte8 scoops vanilla ice-cream½ tub Lancewood mascarpone cheese6 boudior biscuits
Garnish-Melted dark chocolateCocoa powderGranulated sugarWhipped creamBoudoir biscuits
METHOD
1. Blend Cafe Latte, ice-cream, biscuits & mascarpone until smooth.2. Mix the cocoa & sugar.3. Dip rims of glasses into melted chocolate, then cocoa sugar.4. Pour into glasses halfway, drizzle in some melted chocolate, top up with shake.5. Spoon on whipped cream and some cocoa sugar. Garnish with a boudior biscuit.
