2 cups flour 3 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup double cream yogurt/Milk100 grams melted butter 1 egg
METHOD
Sift dry ingredients together. Add butter and mix till crumbly Add egg and mix well
Gradually add the yogurt / milk (not at once please)
Knead and form a soft dough.
Make 3 balls and roll out and cut your croissant strips.
