INGREDIENTS
10 large green mangoes
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves
Rye (black seed)
White Till
Green chillies
Garlic
Mayonaise
METHOD
Chop your green chillies and fresh garlic very
finely. Add to pan of oil and put in the curry
leaves, Rye (black seed) and white till. Braise until you
smell all the wonderful frangrances. Allow this
to cool. Once its nice and cooled throw this onto
your grated mangoes and add mayonasie. Mix well
INFO & TIPS
Really yummy even on a cheese sandwhich and
healthier than the oily atchaars we are used to.
