
Chilli Atchaar

1/2kg green chillies 750 ml white vinegar1 cup Methi (Fenugreek) masala1 teaspoon mustard seeds2 tablespoon oilCurry leaves2 tablespoon lemon juice
Grind chillies coarse(not fine).Add vinegar and give it 1 boil.When cool add Methi (Fenugreek) masala and leave overnight.Next day make vagaar-heat oil,mustard seeds and curry leaves.Lastly Add lemon juice.
