INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
1 kg cubed chicken
fillet
2 teaspoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon green chillies
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 teaspoon dhana jeera
½ teaspoon tumeric powder
250 ml sour cream
Mustard sauce
Salad cream
1 punnet sliced
mushrooms cooked in
salt and black pepper
2 big pkts Doritos
crisp
Grated Cheese
METHOD
Method:
- Cook chicken in
spices. When cooked add
the sour cream & 3 tablespoon
each of salad cream and
mustard sauce.
- In a pyrex dish,
layer doritos at the
bottom.
- Layer half of the
chicken on the doritos.
- Put half the
mushrooms on the
chicken.
- Sprinkle little
cheese over mushrooms.
- Repeat the process
(Doritos, chicken,
mushrooms)
- Lastly sprinkle ± 1
cup cheese over
mushrooms and cover
with a layer of doritos
crisp.
- Bake on 180˚ for 12-
15 minutes, Till cheese
melts and doritos are
brown.
INFO & TIPS
- Please refrain from
using clover sour cream
as it is Haraam. I use
the Woolworths one or
the dewfresh one.
- Chopped onions and
tomatoes can be added
ontop of the chicken.
