RECIPE

Nachos recipe credits @dash_of_delishIngredients 1 big packet big korn bites bbq flavour1 onion chopped 1 tomato chopped Half cucumber peeled and cut in cubes200g cheese (any cheese of your choice cut in small cubes)
Mayo pasteHalf cup mayonnaise Few coriander leaves 1 tablespoon vinegarHalf green chillie Qtr teaspoon black pepperQtr teaspoon saltBlend all ingredients together
Avo paste:1 avocado Half cup sour cream or plain double cream yoghurt Blend together.
Tangy Tomato Chutney 1 tomato pureed Half teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder SaltSplash of lemon juice 2 tablespoon oil
Heat oil add garlic paste fry for a minutes add tomato puree cook till oil leaves sides add the other spices and lemon juice cook till done.
Assemble:Layer big korn bites throw some mayonnaise paste and tomato Chutney. Throw the chopped onions tomtoes and cucumber throw some avo paste throw cheese cubes. Make another layer repeating the same method. End off with the big corn bites on the top. Garnish with drops of sour cream and parsley. Enjoy😋
