Nachos (no Bake)

INGREDIENTS

2 big packets Doritos Sweet chilli pepper (blue packet)1 big packets Doritos Sour cream and Mild chilli (green packet)1 Tub sour cream2 tablespoons Mayo1 teaspoon dried parsley Half Tub Lancewood sweet red pepper Dip and TopHalf cucumber chopped Half red onion chopped 1 Firm tomato chopped Few chopped small cubes of Gouda cheese

METHOD

Mix Sour cream, mayo and parsley and set aside.Mix chopped cucumber, red onion and tomato and set aside.
Layer one big packet Doritos drizzle sour cream mixture over then sprinkle salad mix over repeat with other two packets of Doritos.
On the top blob Lancewood Dip over, sprinkle the cubes of cheese and some crushed Doritos.
