INGREDIENTS
I kg Chicken fillet, cut into small strips1&½ teaspoon Peri-Peri Masala1 teaspoon Salt½ cup Lemon juice5 tablespoon Lemon&Herb Mochacho spice
Guacamole :2 large ripe AvocadosHalf purple OnionSalt&Pepper to tasteLemon juice
Lettuce, washed and chopped1 container sour cream1 packet Doritos crisp
METHOD
Marinate the chicken fillet with all the ingredients. Cook with oil and some water on slow till down.
Mash up the avocados. Slice the onion and add into the avocado with all the ingredients.
Place the lettuce in a serving dish, drop spoonfuls of the Guacamole, put a layer of Doritos, dish the chicken fillet on top of that and drop spoonfuls of the sour cream over the chicken fillet.Sprinkle finely chopped red and green pepper over.
Serve with Portuguese rolls.
