INGREDIENTS

Albany hot dog rollsHot mutton sausagesSweet chilli sauceMustard sauceTomato sauceDoritos flavor of choiceGrated cheese of choicePickled Jalapenos
Salsa-Diced cucumberDiced tomatoDiced onionChopped corianderSplash vinegar

METHOD

1. Cut rolls on top lengthwise.2. Mix sauces as needed to smear inside rolls.3. Then fry/steam sausages. Place in sauce.4. Mix salsa together and spoon onto sausages.5. Then place on doritos, cheese, jalapenos and oregano.6. Bake in oven till rolls are crispy on the outside and cheese is melted.#mamataughtmewellrecipes

#variation: may spoon in rolls spiced baked beans instead of sauces ans then place on sausage.
#variation: may spoon on sour cream and guacamole in roll, then chilli sauce, then sausage.
