Sugared Peanuts

INGREDIENTS

2 cups raw peanuts (with skin)1 cup sugar ½ cup water

METHOD

Stir on high heat till water dries out
Pour into tray Toast on 100°c for 1 hour
Remove and allow to cool
Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
Enjoy
