1.) Mix the ½ cup orange juice, warm water, sugar and chopped china fruit pieces together.2.) Dissolve the gelatine in the 3tblsps warm water and add to the above- mix well and transfer to serving bowl/jar - keep in the fridge to set overnight.3.) Before serving - I decorated the with an orange slice and china fruit.I tipped the bowl jelly on a plate and decorated with passion fruit (granadilla) pulp/seeds, an orange slice and china fruit.
